Forum Registration
The Forum fee is $220 (Early Bird extended until 10/7/24), $260 (Regular after 10/7/24) and $60 (Student). This includes lunch and a special evening dinner reception at the Tuscan Hills Winery on Monday, October 28th, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, October 29th, and snacks both days. Vegetarian options will be available.
Membership
Membership for the 2024-25 year is included in your registration, valid November 1, 2024 - October 31, 2025. Information on how to gain access to the members only pages on our website will be provided prior to the forum.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Effingham for $139/night. To reserve a room, call (217) 540-7777 and ask for a room under the “AIR” room block. The cut-off date for room block reservations is October 6th, 2024, so please make your reservations before then.
Transportation
Effingham is located at the crossroads of Interstates 57 and 70, making it easily reachable from locations throughout the state. Amtrak also serves Effingham via the City of New Orleans, the Saluki, and the Illini.
